Insurance & financial engineering solution design

Solutions

Stronghold solutions forge unprecedented synergies across insurance, finance, investment banking, investment management, economics, law, accounting, and regulation introducing new efficiencies in finance, balance sheet engineering, and risk management.

Stronghold programs

  • De-risk institutional investment,

  • Introduce new business lines and models for banks, insurance companies, investment banks, private equity, and hedge funds,

  • Open the largest pools of institutional capital to new utilization, and

  • Manage systemic financial risks.

Insurance implementation

Stronghold works with regulated insurers in the leading global insurance jurisdictions to implement Stronghold designed programs.

Insurers, for and on behalf of designated protected cells, issue privately-placed senior fully-secured debt instruments to raise financing for designated applications.

These programs guarantee the return of principal and payment of agreed interest obligations by means similar to those applied in collateralized reinsurance agreements - real assets in trust (for the sole benefit of the bond buyer) to meet the contractual obligations of the instruments at the time the contractual obligations become due.
